I developed my further training concept in practice. Over a period of 40 years, I was able to build a company in the craft sector, starting with 42 employees to now over 500, and in the ARTA Group even over 1,000 employees. I had previously worked successfully in management development for a Swiss company for two years
Adult education runs through my entire life and is one of my core strengths. However, I was often not satisfied with the results of others. Learning success often left a lot to be desired, and the transformation into action was only moderately successful. As a coach, I like to go into the fire with my participants, this is how trust and credibility are created through demonstration and role model function.
Further training in the company is not l’art pour l’art. That's why I only work for people who want to, people who are motivated to change and learn. To do this, I have to work very individually and get to know the people entrusted to me in terms of their learning type.
Achieving sustainable learning success is more important to me than my fee because I am in the last phase of my life. I am recommended by my customers and can't complain about the demand. When do you want to test me first for little money?

Ulrich Kraft
Ulrich Kraft was born on September 28, 1955 in Stuttgart. He grew up with his older brother in a Ludwigsburg craftsman family.
After successfully completing his high school diploma in 1974 and subsequent military service, Ulrich Kraft began a two-year apprenticeship and qualified as a painter and varnisher. His passion for business and management then led him to the University of Mannheim, where, after completing his empirical diploma thesis at the Department of Human Resources, he earned the title of Diplom-Kaufmann (certificate of honors). He continued his academic career by working as a university assistant at the Institute for Marketing at the University of Mannheim, learning from other renowned professors such as Erwin Dichtl and Hans Raffée. During this time he led a project for Neckermann AG and accompanied Prof. Dichtl on a lecture tour to Japan and Hawaii.
After this phase, a new stage in his professional career began. He became a management and sales trainer and coach at Gustav Käser AG in Zurich, where he further deepened his knowledge and skills. In July 1985, Ulrich Kraft finally took over his parents' business in Ludwigsburg and built up the ARTA Group, which grew to over 500 employees by June 30, 2021. Son Sebastian is now the fifth generation to run the business. Since 2002 until today, Ulrich Kraft has been a member of the supervisory board of a listed German stock corporation.
Ulrich Kraft has been married to his wife Friederike, a lawyer, for over 40 years. The couple has 4 adult children and 6 grandchildren. In addition to his native language, he speaks fluent English and French and is a committed European.
